Opening the Salesperson Master File

1. Select FILE | SALESPERSON.

Micronet displays the Salesperson Selection screen.

2. Select an existing salesperson.

If you have more than one screen of salespeople, you can use a partial key search. For more information, refer to "Using Partial Key Searches".

3. Optionally, select to sort the list of salespeople using the options under the SORT menu.

You can sort salespeople by number, name or class.

4. Alternatively, escape the Salesperson Selection screen and enter the ID of an existing salesperson.

Micronet displays the Salesperson File Update screen in Update Mode, with the details of the salesperson you selected.
